Hadley Mail Automation

A private mail-management utility for its owner’s Google accounts. It helps the owner choose which senders should stop forwarding from a retained personal Gmail account to a Google Workspace account.

The owner moves forwarded Workspace messages into one of two folders. Block Forwarding stops future forwarding from the sender and moves the selected Workspace copy to Trash while keeping its personal Gmail original. Block Forwarding and Delete also moves the exact matching personal Gmail original to Trash. Hourly checks verify forwarding provenance, the matching original, and the sender exclusion before cleanup.

Other messages from that sender and future source deliveries are not deleted. The utility does not send messages, permanently purge mail, migrate service logins, or process other people’s accounts. Gmail’s normal Trash retention applies. It is not offered as a public service.
